John Cupis, Managing Director

John has managed up to Board level a variety of mortgage, savings and insurance propositions for lenders, insurers and distributors in the UK mortgage market for over 30 years. John joined Dynamo as Managing Director in September 2021.

Tony Field, Sales and Operations Director

Tony has worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, starting at a mainstream bank and moving into independent advice for several years. He joined Dynamo in 2010 where he currently looks after a large team of mortgage, protection and general insurance consultants, as well as overseeing the operational support.

Ashley Lowdon, Business Support and Compliance Director

Ashley has worked at Dynamo since 2015, joining the senior leadership team in 2021. Experienced in business change, risk management and project management, he takes responsibility for the Compliance, Human Resources and Finance functions.

Jess Folkes, Head of Mortgage Sales

Jess began her journey with Dynamo in 2016. She has risen from trainee mortgage consultant to head of sales in the intervening years, building up a high level of expertise and trust with both her customers and the team of 30 consultants that she now manages.

Michael Chapman, Head of Protection and General Insurance

Michael joined Dynamo 10 years ago as a protection consultant. His passion for protecting clients' families and estates has seen him grow and progress to Head of Protection and General Insurance. He is now responsible for the growth, management and success of these two departments.

Sy Nathan, Head of Bridging and Structured Finance

Sy has worked within the financial sector for over 12 years, specialising in managing high net worth clients and meeting their complex needs. He joined Dynamo in 2018 where he heads up the Bridging & Structured Finance team, working to further strengthen the relationships with our lending partners and stakeholders to help best support our landlords.

Stephanie Clempson, Head of Operations

Steph started working in the mortgage industry in 2014 working for an independent broker before joining Dynamo in 2017. Starting at the bottom and working her way up, she has gained experience across many different roles and as head of operations now plays a key role in implementing strategic initiatives.

Matt Clarke, Head of Business Development

Matt has worked in financial services for the past 10 years. Having started his career in banking, Matt joined the team in 2016. He now manages a variety of new and existing business opportunities for Dynamo.

Sarah Findlay, Head of Marketing and Events

Sarah joined the company in 2016 as the next step in a career spanning publishing, teaching and marketing. Her role encompasses both the direct side of the business as well as the mortgage club and she thrives on the variety of challenges and opportunities that this presents.

Hayden Eames, Head of Compliance, Training & Development

With over 19 years of experience in the industry, Hayden joined Dynamo in 2019 as a Mortgage Consultant. In 2022, he transitioned to the T&D department, using his experience to help grow and develop the business in quality, service, excellence and compliance.

Aaron Parr, Training and Competence Manager

Aaron has worked across multiple industries at management level with 10 years’ experience in training and developing colleagues. Having started at Dynamo as a consultant, he developed his skills as an advisor and now ensures competency of our team of brokers across mortgage and protection, as well as the wider team.

Ryan Lamport, Business Support Manager

Ryan joined Dynamo in 2016 and has worked in a number of departments across the business, gaining a broad knowledge of different support functions. As Business Support Manager, he oversees key areas of the business including finance and accounts, HR, recruitment and building management.

Damien O’Dwyer, Mortgage Manager

Damien began his financial services career in the mid-90s and has worked with insurers, banks, accountants and chartered financial planners. Since joining Dynamo in 2016, he has used this knowledge and experience to support clients with expert advice. Damien also leads a team of experienced advisors, ensuring exceptional service for every customer. Craig Woodger, Mortgage Manager

Craig began his career at Dynamo in 2015 as an apprentice and progressed to the role of mortgage consultant in 2018. Now a mortgage manager, Craig leads a team of six consultants and advises on all types of property finance. With extensive expertise, Craig ensures every client receives a solution that meets their unique needs.

Justine Desport, Mortgage Manager

Justine joined Dynamo in 2016 and has progressed from trainee to mortgage manager through dedication, professionalism and results. She now leads a team of mortgage advisors, supporting them in providing great service and advice. She is committed to building lasting relationships, delivering tailored mortgage solutions and supporting her team’s ongoing development.

Joshua Chan-Marshall, Mortgage Manager

Josh joined Dynamo in 2018 as a trainee mortgage consultant and quickly rose through the ranks to become mortgage manager. With years of specialist experience and a nomination for a prestigious ‘Best Buy-to-Let Broker’ award, he now leads a team of five brokers, delivering expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions.
